My clinical experience includes supporting children, young people and adults with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive–compulsive disorder, bereavement and eating difficulties. I am fully accredited with the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and hold full membership with the British Psychological Society (FMBPsS). As an accredited practitioner, I maintain the professional standards associated with accreditation while also adhering to the guidelines of the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).
Special Interests
As a neurodevelopmental specialist (working alongside the NHS), I have a special interest in working with neurodiverse individuals, including those with an autism spectrum condition.
I have also gained a vast amount of experience treating individuals with anxiety disorders, low self-esteem, perfectionism and depression.
