Services
I provide a safe, compassionate space for individuals to explore their experiences, understand what’s feeling difficult and work towards meaningful change. Our approach is grounded in evidence‑based practice and shaped around each person’s unique needs, goals and pace.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma, relationship challenges or simply feeling overwhelmed, I offer thoughtful, collaborative support to help you make sense of what’s going on and move forward with confidence. Through psychotherapy and counselling, you can develop greater self‑understanding, learn practical strategies for everyday wellbeing and build a stronger foundation for long‑term emotional health.
As a neurodevelopmental specialist with extensive experience in assessing children, young people and adults for autism, I understand that receiving a diagnosis can bring clarity - but it can also leave people feeling unsure about what happens next.
Many parents, carers and autistic adults describe this stage as a time when they feel a little lost. My role is to help you make sense of the diagnosis, understand what it means in everyday life, and feel confident about the steps ahead.
I provide bespoke post diagnostic support for:
Parents and carers who want to better understand their child’s needs
Autistic children and young people navigating school, friendships and identity
Autistic adults seeking clarity, strategies and self‑understanding
Support is shaped around your priorities and may include exploring sensory needs, communication styles, emotional wellbeing, school or workplace adjustments, and practical strategies for daily life. My approach is neuroaffirming, compassionate and grounded in a deep understanding of autism across the lifespan.
I also provide clinical supervision for fellow cognitive behavioural therapists, offering a supportive and reflective space to strengthen your practice. Supervision is an essential part of delivering safe, effective CBT, and it plays a key role in maintaining BABCP standards, developing clinical confidence and sustaining therapist wellbeing.
In our sessions, we can explore casework, refine formulations, review interventions and reflect on the therapeutic process in a way that feels collaborative and grounded in evidence‑based practice. Supervision is tailored to your level of experience - whether you’re a trainee, newly accredited or an established practitioner looking for a thoughtful space to continue growing.
